He has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. He never pressured me to make decisions. From the very beginning, to the completion of the job, he created a calm, stress-free experience. When I needed a little help deciding colors, he was very knowledgeable. I decided on one of his suggestions, and my roof looks fantastic. Thank you Ty 😊. The crew began work early each day and worked very hard from start to finish. Each day before the workers went home, the walkway was nicely picked up so that it was safe to walk. I have nothing but praise for this company. It has been a difficult period since my roof was damaged by hurricane IAN and Massey Roofing offered to replace the Roof and accept what the Insurance company offered and what they offered was very much less then the cost to replace the roof. The choice was to litigate the claim in court and run the risk of losing and be subject to very expansive legal costs. The Insurance company from the very beginning was being unreasonable and delayed resolution ,considering all this Massey proceeded and replaced the Roof and the only expanse I had was my deductible. I recently had Massey Roofing install a new roof in my house in Seminole County, FL, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they took care of everything including the permit and their team displayed professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. The installation crew was prompt, skilled, and meticulous in their work. I only once had to bring to their attention to clean the grounds one more time as there were some nails on the floor and they did it promptly and apologized for the mishap.
