We bought a new house and some of the rooms were not cooling, so we had them come out to check and make sure all the ducks were connected. He said they weren’t, charged us and said he fixed them all. A few weeks later the rooms still weren’t getting cool so we decided maybe the ductwork was so old we needed to replace it all. Had rapture and one other sub come out to give us a price to replace it, and this was the picture the other sub took and said the reason your rooms are not cooling is because the ductwork is not connected.… But they were out a month earlier to do that work supposedly. I tried emailing them about it and not a single response.

Always great service from Rapture Air. Dave called on the way to the job and arrived on time. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very polite. He was able to answer all my questions and complete the service timely without cutting any corners. I will not hesitate using Rapture Air for the next service.

Great company installed a new Heat pump system with Air handler (communication system) and new Thermostat. The manager Erick came to our house explained everything and gave us a great price for the whole package and all that after 3 other Estimates from different companies. The installers were Andrew and Caleb, both did an amazing job removing the old system and installed the new system in just one day. We had one cooling problem with one room and Erick send us Justin to check the problem and after 19 years we have a cool room now, thanks to Raptor Air.

The tech arrived early was supper friendly, fast and knew his stuff! Had me up and running in an hour and a half! Great service, price was reasonable. I will definitely call them for any HVAC repairs I may have in the future!!
