I couldn’t be more pleased with my dealings with Orlando Metal Building Erectors, as they did a demolition job of an old gas station canopy for me. Adam met me on-site for a meeting in a timely manner. They started and finished the job when they said they would. The employees were friendly and knew what they were doing. They removed the demolition material from the property the next day, as they said they would. Even my dealings with Shannon in the office and the owner Vance, were positive and appreciated.

We provide pre-engineered steel buildings at Nu-Scope Buildings International. We provided a 154x270x21 Covered Arena for the Orange County government in Apopka FL via Sloan Builders and used the services of Orlando Metal Building Erectors who was instrumental in getting everything done on on time and as required. We look forward to working with this team on many future projects. Big shout out to Adam Borger for always being available and responsive, which is also our Credo. Orlando Metal Building Erectors, I purchased and had them erect 3 building for me. There pricing was on point. They really new what they were doing giving me a tight time from and meeting it. I had other trades set up like the concrete slab guys and block masons and both were not preforming. Orlando Metal building Erectors helped me find other great sub trades in order to keep our project on time. They were very responsive to all my needs and if we had any problems it was addressed and handled immediately. They were very professional and made the process very easy. In this construction market it is refreshing to be able to say they did an outstanding job in every way and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were in the middle of our Metal, Building erection and had to dismiss our contractor. Had worked with Orlando Metal Building erectors previously and was very pleased. Spoke with Shannon and Vance, they came out, looked at my project and took over my orphaned building. They earmarked all the discrepancies we had and got us up to speed. I originally hired an "experienced" contractor to oversee my entire metal building project. I had to let them go when I seen what kind of work they did on the slab. This left me scrambling to try and find a someone to pick up where they left off. Thankfully, I stopped things before they started the actual building. I was a little leery to say the least about hiring a new contractor after my previous experience. Immediately after our initial conversation, Orlando Metal Building Erectors provided me with current references. Vance and his team are organized, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. They showed up on time, and provided me with a realistic schedule that they stuck to even though it rained for almost a week and turned the site into a muddy mess. On top of everything els
