Massey Services Pest Control

I have a current termite inspection contract with Massey Services, Eustis, FL - they came out yesterday. Kyle, who performed the inspections of both my house and detached garage was absolutely the best. Very professional, I saw him take time to ensure each of my "traps" were in good working order, found 5 stations that needed new bait as there was prior activity, and he even relocated a few that were in need of a better spot for protection. I very much appreciated his customer service and interaction - he's a professional and you can tell he does a great job. I appreciate Massey for employing folks like Kyle in the local Eustis office.

I have been waiting for someone to come service my yard for plugs since November. I was nice enough to let it slide for a bit because of the hurricanes flooding sod and then winter but now it's May and I'm still waiting. Weed are starting to fill in where grass should be. I went from having one of the best lawns in the neighborhood to now one of the worst. I also pay for irrigation and I have a dead spot from a sprinkler not working and even had to call for a sprinkler to be replaced because the wrong kind was put in by their service team. It's an embarrassment to have the Massey service sign hanging out on my yard when it looks the way that it does.

Following my initial feedback, a representative from Massey Services contacted me, and the general manager for my service area personally inspected my lawn. He provided specific recommendations and outlined the steps they will take to address the issues with my lawn. I am optimistic that my lawn will soon be restored to its optimal condition. I appreciate the commitment shown by the Massey Services staff in initiating the process of upholding their "Total Customer Satisfaction" promise. Shawn is AWESOME! He really took his time to explain everything to me the first time around and made me feel good about going with Massey. He's very personable, friendly and super helpful. Sales inspector Brittany was the nicest person I have met at Massey. Ms. Brittany explained everything very well.
