Very Disappointed with Massey Services I’ve been a customer of Massey Services for a little over a year. At first, I was very happy—my yard looked beautiful. However, everything changed after they switched technicians. I noticed a small patch of dead grass and suspected chinch bugs. I called and was told someone would come out to treat it. The issue only got worse—dead grass kept spreading, and weeds started taking over. I called again, and they sent another technician. Still, the problem persisted. I reached out to my salesperson and was told a manager would come out, but instead, they have scheduled another technician to show up. We hired Massey Services for lawn care in October of 2024. The sales manager and a rep came for the first visit to do the quoting and noted that we had some grub issues that needed to be taken care of even given that we didn’t have a sprinkler system, they felt they could manage it. We agreed to no-monthly billing to get the yard looking better. I paid a large sum up front in October, got billed in November, December and January. I was told by the office, “that’s how we do new setups and it’d be quarterly after January.” I requested a manager come out as 75% of our lawn was completely dead. I spoke to an inspector from Massey named Matthew Comella today at my home. He was so polite and full of knowledge. He explained everything thoroughly and walked my yard with me. He even screwed in a sprinkler that was laying on my yard. I will be calling him and Massey for all my pest needs moving forward.

Contacted Massey and they were out the next day. Steve was very friendly and thorough with his inspection and was very patient explaining his findings. Looking forward to working with Massey.

So I moved into a new home two weeks ago that was being serviced by Massey. They were here the first day I moved in to introduce themselves. When the sales guy told me all that they do and acknowledged, he had been servicing this house already but the contract expired when I purchased the home. He let me know they also serviced the water sprinkler system, and I proceeded to tell him that it did not work. He found that odd considering they had just serviced it before I moved in. So I said great. How about fixing the problem? He gave me a blank look and I said how about coming back next week so we can go over this and discuss a new contract. Since then he has not come back and today is exactly 2 weeks. Apparently he doesn't need or want my business because he's afraid to fix the sprinkler s
