Nick at Massey has been our pest guy since we moved in 6 years ago. I always ask for him whenever I need off-cycle service, as others just aren't as familiar with this house and its inhabitants. Nick always gives me a call the day before service and texts me when he has arrived. He is very detailed and very thorough. Nick was and is always the best one for me to call and get the job done. Whenever he visits, I never see the same insect again. He’s very knowledgeable and very friendly and speaks plainly in terms I can understand to help prevent insects from coming back. Great company great team. I can rely on him for any prevention as well! Easy traps to set up, and overall just a really good experience and a great guy!!
Best service in town . My tech Nick always those an amazing job . I had them for years then I stop service for a while due to the economy. I tried to book another company when I was able to afford it , but not only they were more expensive but they did not do a good job. I immediately cancel and went back to massy
We have a tech, Nick who is AMAZING. Always on time, very committed to getting rid of all the unwanted critters. Could not give 100 stars but he would get them! Massey has hired the right guy for Florida bug removal.
