Karl from Massey Services came out today for a termite inspection, and I was extremely impressed. He was professional, punctual, and very courteous throughout the entire visit. He took the time to answer all my questions and clearly knew his stuff. It’s rare to meet someone so knowledgeable and dedicated to great customer service. Highly recommend Karl and Massey Services!

Just want to give a huge shout out to Karl Anthony with Massey Services who came out today to do my annual termite inspection. He was very courteous, personable, and professional! Prior to his arrival, he gave me a courtesy call when enroute to let me know he was on his way and provided an eta. When he arrived, he was very polite and professional! Karl is the best! Massey always takes great care of us at our personal home and our rental properties. Their prices can't be beat either!
