Excellent service! When I called, I was not expecting to receive my estimate, get scheduled service date and time, all within 3 days! Definitely will refer to my friends. I highly recommend Master Caulking for your next project! Carlos and his team did an excellent job redoing the caulk in our bathroom (shower & tub surround) and our kitchen (counters & sink). The completed job was exactly as it should be -- done right! He is very professional also -- great communication setting up the work, on time for the estimate and the day of the job. His pricing is good and the work was perfect. Very detail oriented, neat and meticulous. We plan to use him and his crew for more caulk work and also power washing the house in the Spring as well as roof cleaning. So great to find a reliable guy who does good work and nice that they offer many different services.

I was able to speak with Carlos and get a quote within a week. I was scheduled then received email confirmation (very detailed). Carlos communications skills are are absolutely amazing. He called and inform me of his arrival time and everything to expect with my deck staining. He was on time and very professional at all times. He answered any and all questions I had. Carlos took his time with preparing my deck/porch...power washing, selecting correct color and properly staining. I wish I could give more stars. I am definitely very happy with the service from Master Caulking and Power Wash. Carlos and his team cleaned my house, leaving it like new.
