I had a fantastic experience with Master Chimney. Bob is professional, personable, funny and friendly! He was able to quickly repair the damper on my chimney that was stuck open after the damper control chain broke. I found his pricing to be fair and his overall work great. I also really appreciated the education along the way, as he explained what he was doing step by step and shared helpful tips for building proper fires. I am looking forward to having him back to install an insert later this year. Thank you Bob!

Best person ever. Bob and his team are responsive and very reasonable in pricing. I remember hiring him once and he said my chinmey doesn’t need cleaning because it’s clean. Who does that? He only charge for inspection. He’s very honest and won’t do unnecessary work while not needed. I call him back this year and did a great job.

Not sure if the phone number on here has not been updated but I have called multiples times and left two voicemails as this company was recommended to me by a dear friend. But I have not heard anything back in over a week and do need my chimney serviced!
