Master Cuts Lawn & Landscape

Edited to decrease to 1 star. 48 days now no contact despite review and additional emails. We had a very good experience with Mastercuts initially. Last summer they burned all of our grass by over fertilizing. They initially were responsive in rectifying the situation. our yard was basically out of commission the entire fall and winter season. our kids and dog could not enjoy the space due to the muddy uneven terrain, grass trying to grow, and all the erosion netting that caused our kids and myself to trip a number of times. This spring the responsiveness completely fell off. It took constant calls and emails to get any email response back regarding their treatments not working or asking about next steps. they would never actually call back despite pleads. only an occasional email after we

I can’t say enough great things about this company! We were having issues w our previous lawn company and one day stopped Dave Snyder parked on his lunch break for an estimate- he came over (after he was finished!) and was he friendly and helpful and had his team out a week later. They are very easy to contact and can always try accommodate your requests. His team is friendly and professional and their work is amazing. If any friends are asking for referrals, I give them Mastercuts’s information in a heartbeat. And if you refer them to your neighbors, the more ppl who use them, the better deal you all get- why aren’t more companies doing that?! Amazing!

I have been a customer of Master Cuts for about 9 years. They take care of all my lawn care needs and have also completed some larger landscaping projects at my home. I have been pleased with all of the work. Herb (the owner) is always very responsive and his guys are pleasant and conscientious. His prices are also very reasonable for the quality of work. I highly recommend Master Cuts.

Master Cuts is an excellent Lawn and Landscape care business. They have mowed our almost 3 acre property for years; always reliable and willing to accommodate our needs. They have also plowed when needed and provided help with special landscaping needs such as pruning, shrub removal, etc. Dave Snyder is my contact and always responds to my requests and questions in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately still waiting since my February 2023 request for spring cleanup and mulch. Last year my February request provided “spring” cleanup in June. This year Mastercuts have been unresponsive to my emails and calls even though an April 7 date was scheduled. Three calls since then to a voice mailbox have not been returned. I have been a customer for years and was very happy in the past when Herb was the owner but uncertain as to why current owner isn’t responding
