Master Glass Window Cleaning ATX

Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as the other folks reviewing Master Glass Window Cleaning. Even though I have to agree that Grant is great at customer service and very polite and responsive, the outcome of the window cleaning was definitely not spotless. When I complained about the finish after the guy who did the job finished, Grant was quick to respond and scheduled a new appointment for me. However after the second round of cleaning, my windows still have a bad finish, water spots and some of them do not look clean at all. I asked for a refund and Craig said no refunds after 48 hours so my advise for you is if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning just ask for refund right away. I trusted that the guy doing the job was new and they would fix it for me b

Respectful young gentlemen, provided a quote the same day and had the window cleaning work done on the first good weather day available shortly after.

A big thanks to Grant for a great job cleaning all of our windows on a two story home. Not only did he show up early, he stepped up and helped clean the gutters on our porch. Next time we get our windows cleaned, Master Glass will get the call!

I highly recommend Master Glass Window Cleaning for Lakeway and Bee Cave area! They came and did my windows and gutters! I am very impressed with their work and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again!
