I lost my ignition key to my trailblazer. I called Chris on a Sunday evening and he answered his phone . He was able to make me a new key before noon on the following Monday. His communication was good. He went to where my truck was to ensure the key worked. If anyone is seeking this type of service be prepared to have your title or registration, drivers license and a picture of your rear plate. Thanks Chris for a job well done.

I locked my keys in car at work and called Masterkey Locksmithing. Chris came in less than 15 minutes and unlocked my car. Very friendly! Great price! Highly recommended!

I called on a Friday night after 8pm. My landlord nor maintenance was able to help me and Chris was there in 20 minutes and got my apartment door open in less time than that. He was friendly, reasonably priced and professional, I’d recommend him to anyone!

I called Sunday after losing my keys & needing a locksmith. The guy who answered sounded older & inconvenienced by my call & then sounded even more annoyed when I asked for a locksmith. His excuse for trying to reject me was “when I show up, most of the time people get it done already & I waste my time just coming up.” I told him I understood but wouldn’t have that happen because I had no way of unlocking my door (hence the call) but he said he was sure I had a boyfriend, uncle, or brother to come unlock it for me and I would just waste his time. Again, I reassured that wasn’t the case for me & I just wanted my door unlocked. I was in a real pinch. Locked out of my new house on moving day! I called Master Key and Chris came all the way to Hanover, Il. to save the day. I could tell I was in an experts hands. He picked the lock in a jiffy , rekeyed every lock in the house, garage and barn. He even identified and took the time to correct some installation mistakes from the prior owner!
