MPS Inc’s Mr. Vargas installed a new unit on 2019 in our townhome. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and he has been aware of all the water situation that has happened on our townhome, water damaging our floor. On October of 2021, it happens again Mr. Vargas mention it was because of inclination of the unit due to the water. It wasn’t possible because it has only been happening since 2019 when the unit was installed and not before. The Safety Switch never stopped the unit to avoid water spill. MPS Inc has come to our home and done the maintenances required for the HVAC unit. An experience company should have noticed this problem when was installing the new unit, especially when there is a drainage issue over 85 feet long and no inclination.
