We have never had a better builder experience than with Jacob and his crew. Our foreman clearly cared about the quality of his work and our opinion of it- his detailing and finishing is impeccable. The framing was plumb and level, drywall finished perfectly, tile and grout lines aligned, and again plumb and level. Even the cleanup crew was incredibly polite and careful not to damage any of the rest of our house. They cleaned up daily and coordinated seamlessly with other subcontractors (windows, carpet, closet). We've already signed up for them to complete our next bathroom renovation.
