Ray appeared to be a kind older gentleman, and while I am sure he is, I won't be doing professional business with Master Repair Services again in the future. I was excited to have someone help us with our faulty stove burners and refrigerator icemaker. It turned out Ray was more interested in getting paid than he ever was in helping us. It took 160 dollars and a couple of minutes to tell us there wasn't actually a problem with our STILL malfunctioning stove (2 burners are heating intermittently and need repositiining and near constant jostling to work properly), and to disappear before fixing the icemaker in our fridge. We contacted Ray with Master Repair Services for a second opinion after the GE repairman told us the control board needed to be replaced and we might as well just buy a new washer because the repair would be almost expensive. The washer was only a few years old. Ray came out and determined it was a valve that needed to be replaced. Washer runs like new and we saved several hundred dollars. Highly recommend his services.

Ray took the time to make sure that the boot he was replacing was the correct model for my old washing machine. He was quick and efficient and very pleasant to work with! I will be calling again for all of my appliance repairs.
