We lost power due to a tree falling on the power line between our house and the pole during last weeks storm. Eversource wasn’t able to get the power back on until that following Friday. Troy came right on time, as I was given a 2 hour time window . . He was pleasant, we went over what the issues were. Cliff Sands and Master Tech Plumbing are professional, timely, courteous and experts in their field! My heating system, a 30 year old boiler, was on the fritz. The technicians did everything they could to diagnose and try to avoid replacing the boiler but in the end, it needed to be replaced. From the first visit to my house to the completion of the job, the communication by text and email, or phone call when necessary, was outstanding. I received a text with the name, contact info and a photo of the technician and continued to receive text notifications with updates.
