Working with Alan was great. He was friendly and accommodating when I first reached out to schedule our home inspection, and he was very organized as well. Alan was very thorough in his inspection, and I had confidence in his report. In addition, Alan made time to go over additional tests with me (mold panel) and reminded me he was available if I ever wanted to reach out with questions even after closing on the house. I have purchased several homes and Alan is, by far, the best inspector I've worked with.

Alan is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He uses state of the art equipment, such as infrared meters and drone technology, to guide his analysis.
