Stefano was as pleasant as can be, and was methodical in his search for a solution to the burst water pipe. He happened to be only a couple of mile away, so was here within 20 minutes! He was able to recommend next steps about how to fix the bigger issue of the hot water heater and being able to get heat into the garage. Once this snowmageddon is behind us, of course!

Stefano picked up the phone when we called and handled a boiler repair emergency with care and professional. We would hire Stefano again for all our plumbing needs anytime. Great job Stefano!!!
