Derek just did our floors and did a phenomenal job! He was professional, knew what he was doing, and really paid attention to detail. Our entire experience with Derek, Phil, and Masterpiece was no where near disappointing! They were able to answer all of our questions and concerns and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors done! My main concern was how the quarter round moulding was going to look. My parents previously had their floors done in Ocala by a completely different company and the quarter round looked terrible, but Derek was able to make it look like it was part of the baseboards, he was even able to get it around our oddly shaped kitchen cabinet and it looks amazing! I had Masterpiece install vinyl in my home and it was excellent. Derek was my installer, he was very professional and sociable. A very good person, also the quality of the installation is next to none. My floors have never looked better and the detail work he performed was incredible. This is a very good and trustworthy family owned company.
