We had a great experience at the store front, they had exactly what we needed, we had a great repore and conversation with both Marco and Bruce. Marco came out to measure right away, everything was pleasant. He texted me the quote that had gone up $150 from his "we can help you out" price at the store. That wasn't the problem...he asked for full payment up front. I asked if I could pay half now and the rest once the job was done. I always ask as I've been burned before. The response I got was a little jarring, as seen in the text message thread. I then called to see if I could fix the misunderstanding. I barely said anything and Marco told that he works on "trust" and if I don't trust him then go somewhere else and he hung up on me. I guess I'm going somewhere else! I don't know many place

Our cabinet maker referred us to Masters Tile & Granite. Marco and his team did a superb job installed granite countertops, backsplashes, undermount sinks, and windowsills. We were impressed with the attention to detail, quality, and price.
