I have been the developer of a few apartment buildings in Seattle and was lucky enough to work with Dimas and Mata Builders after he was highly recommended by another developer friend of mine. Mata Builders expertly served as project manager on a 60-unit mixed-use five-over-two building in the U District. In this role, Dimas managed everything to get the building completed. He solicited bids from subcontractors, scheduled subs to be on the job, worked with them to solve problems and make sure their work was complete, worked proactively and cooperatively with city inspectors, and supervised our superintendent and on-site carpenter.
