Matlock Plumbing shows up right when they say they’re going to, and they’re friendly. They do good work in a reasonable amount of time. They have replaced a leaking water heater pipe for us in the past. We just today had them replace our corroded sewer vent pipe. Decent pricing - was cheaper than expected. The Matlock team helped us design and install the plumbing system for our new house in Brown County. They were with us every step of the way and their quality and attention to detail is awesome. Our system was a bit more complex as we are on a rainwater catchment system, hot water recirculation system and hybrid heat pump water heater.

*Update: Jenel of Matlock called and said they will refund me $137. She agreed that I shouldn't have been charged for two people for a job that needed one. I'm glad that they listen and quickly respond. Mistakes are unavoidable, but I appreciate Matlock's willingness to correct them. 5 stars for that. --- I chose Matlock Plumbing to install a new dishwasher and garbage disposal today. The job was well done. The technicians were nice. One-year service warranty. Great! No complain there. However, I was charged $180 / hr labor rate for their two people and $139 service charge. The total came out to $594.67 (bill attached). I called back afterward to ask about my bill and was advised that their normal labor rate is $125 / hr but if there’s a second technician / helper on the job then the

We had a well issue. A pipe had become disconnected due to the wrong type of fitting installed in the past. We called 4 different well drillers/repair people. They either did not want to do the job, refused to schedule a time (even 2 weeks out) or never returned our call. We called 3 different plumbers who did not work on wells or did not return our call. We called Matlock Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they willing to come out and check out the problem, they scheduled a time a few short days later. Bailey showed up on time and evaluated the problem. He was experienced with the type of well and diagnosed the issue in minutes.
