Matt Manning Surfaces

We bought a lot of flooring from Matt Manning Surfaces, for a condo renovation that we did. Overall, we’re happy. We’re not thrilled with the wood floor- the most expensive item of course. It was new to them, and came in between associates (the guy we were working with had been let go, and we were assigned someone new). Anyway, I say this because the wood seems a bit of garbage. The filler that was used on white oak was a blue/gray color and the majority of the wood looked horrible. When we brought some pieces back they told us the sample looked the same, but it didn’t. We still had it with us and it was perfect. Then they showed us another sample they had, and that did have the ugly blue/ gray stain all over it. It actually looks like someone took a paintbrush full of paint and hurled it

Matt Manning is the highest quality company I have ever worked with. If you want quality work for a reasonable price, then this is the company to go to. Every part of the experience was absolutely outstanding from sales and selection of materials, to weighing various options, to coordinating the installation, to the installation work itself, to the follow-up after the work was completed, and all of the communications all throughout the process. It doesn't get any better than this! I will go to no other source for the work that Matt Manning does and I highly recommend that you do the same!

Buyer beware. We actually enjoyed most of our experience here and ended up purchasing several items. However, one of the shipments we received was damaged (entire shipment of floor tiles). We discussed it with manning representative and were told we’d receive a full refund, however, when we inquired about this later on, we were only given less than 50% of the refund promised. We again asked about the rest of the refund and ultimately manning stopped responding to us. They’ve responded they can’t find our name. It’s under my husband’s I believe (different last names).

We have been using Matt for years!!! We highly recommend him and his team, they are professional and their installers are perfectionist. They go above and beyond on every job. :-)
