My builder utilized this company for garage door installation, and the quality of their work was very unsatisfactory. The bottom panel of a 2 car garage is bent, and the door is swollen. I closed the home 2 months ago and raised this issue within one week of moving in. The company is claiming that the issue is not under warranty and that either me or the builder must pay for the repair. During construction stage, the door was bent, and as shown in attached images 1 and 2, the rollers were outside the track and bent. As a temporary and unprofessional fix, they reinstalled the wheels in the track without addressing the bent panels which is the actual issue now. The builder (Landon) is denying that the door is under warranty because I did not raise the broken issue during the blue tape walkth
