WARNING: Do NOT use Maxi Clean. Their cleaner directly shared personal Zelle payment information with me to collect tips, which is against the company’s own policy. This led to me accidentally sending $240 to the cleaning crew member — two payments of $120 each — and the money has not been returned despite multiple attempts to resolve it. When I contacted Maxi Clean for help, they were completely unhelpful, took zero responsibility, and their manager Adrian’s exact response was ‘best of luck.’ This company has no accountability for the actions of their staff and does not care about their customers. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable cleaning service.
