Mr. Sparks was immediately responsive to addressing our problems with our AC and installed the unit expertly and efficiently; his staff members are kind and receptive, his experience (over 4 decades) is vast, and his kind treatment of us as customer sealed the deal. AMAZING customer service!! This is the only HVAC company in town that I will ever recommend! Two years ago they replaced/installed our inside and outside unit, and were always super nice and helpful. They were also much more fairly-priced than other big corporate entities in town. Today I had an issue with the a/c and they were extremely quick to respond and solved the problem in minutes. These are TOP NOTCH people who will answer your call and help you as soon as they can, a rarity in this line of work. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Steve and his crew are absolutely amazing! My husband and I rent a home in Opelika and they came to replace some of the duct work and the unit itself. They were nothing but professional and treated us like we were the customer VS just "The renters" as you get with a lot of places. One technician even vacuumed my floors where they completed the work and made me double check that they had left nothing dirty behind. I would highly recommend them and will be using them when we get our permanent home as well! -Thanks Steve and crew!!

Came to help us with our janky ac unit, and helped us learn how not to break it again. He was super nice and polite, and didn’t talk down to me. Our power bills have dropped a good $75 per month in the summer. Excellent company with some very skilled folk.

I called at 5:05 Friday afternoon, not daring to believe I’d get anything but an answering machine. Instead, I got the owner who said he’d have someone here shortly. Minutes later, the talented technician arrived. He was here until after 7, never complaining once. I have a cool house and a new appreciation for customer service!
