What a great place to purchase building supplies! I have placed several large orders with this store over the years and never been let down. They also are one of few places that carry pool repair supplies. The company is a locally owned by long time Roswell native, Mr. Richard Madison. He is always present and ready to accommodate the needs of customers as best as he can. If youre lucky youll get a moment to chat with Ms. Mary Jane who has worked alongside the owner for many years. The store carries way too much to list but if they dont carry what youre looking for, they know where to find it and will point you in the right direction. So before going to the big box stores, I recommend giving Mayes Lumber a try.

I was so happy with my first experience at Mayes Lumber. They have an excellent selection of domestic and foreign hardwoods and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Best source for quality hardwoods in southeast NM. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Awesome place. I could easily get lost for hours in here. There are lots of lumber options and really great staff. The owners are really nice and helpful. I found way more boards than I can ever use. Thanks for the help, and I'll be back.

known the owners since 2005 good friends,and Ithey have always given me credit and I always paid them back in full never had to get or asked for it,also they always had what I needed for my house or and my yard🙏🙏👍👍
