My HVAC went out during the worst time possible time during the coldest time we have experienced this year. Called RPM and they came out right away. We had to end up replacing my entire system. RPM worked with me on all possible options to include financing. Everything was replaced within in a week and we now see how our old system did not work efficiently even before it went out. The replacement system is outstanding! I highly recommend RPM and wouldn't use any other company for my HVAC needs.

What an amazing company! We just had them install a new Heating and cooling system. They arrived on time, Zach and his team worked hard all day and did an amazing job! I reached out to RPM for a problem I had with my tankless hot water heater and they were able to come out the next day to fix the problem. This is something to be said because I live in Corona, NM which is over a 100 miles away from Roswell. Hannah and her husband Zack were both prompt, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the issue! Initially called RPM out to troubleshoot a broken HVAC system. They gave us an honest assessment of the issue, with options to repair or replace the system, including financing options. Ended up choosing to replace the system. While we waited for parts to arrive, they even gave us a couple of loaner window AC units to keep the house cool. Once parts arrived, installation took a little over half a day - no issues and a top-notch install. Definitely recommend!

Redden did a wonderful job by making a bypass for our sewage system. The laundry room kept flooding do to overflow and now the kitchen and laundry room’s grey water don’t go through the original system. Thank you!
