My wife called Pennz Electric to check our three prong outlet because our dryer was shorting out . This was yesterday the day before Thanksgiving. They were super busy but Williams came after lunch to check the out let and said it was fine . He looked at the dryerand there was a wire not in the right place . He said it work and sais if we had any more problems to just give them a call .

Penny came out really quickly the first time we called. Jason came out and evaluated the project and then sent an electrician the SAME DAY to hook up an electric water heater. When we called again, for porch lights, the NEXT DAY they were out and it was done, perfectly! GREAT service, fantastic prices and thoroughly professional! I’d leave six stars if it was possible. If you have an electrical problem, this is who you call. Full stop.

Responded to a phone call quickly on a cold Saturday evening, and then came out in the snow to fix our problem. Very polite and willing to help. Would highly recommend!

I had tried 3 others before Pennz electric. No return calls, no straight answers, and I was told it would be weeks to get to me. .Jason returned my call and gave me an estimate the same day! He explained what needed to be done ( a first as well) I did not have to guess about the cost because he was upfront with everything. Pennz is very professional and goes the extra mile! Very rare these days! The men were dressed in uniforms and equally courteous and professional! I will call them back again!

Replaced faulty 30 amp dryer outlet and cable Quick response and quick scheduling. Quality work. Professional communication. Good + fair price. 10/10 would recommend.
