Went shopping in a weekend and parked in the garage. The sign said it was $6.50 and hour so I went ahead. Stayed 37 minutes and they charged me $12.70. Turns out there is a flat fee on the weekend. It is not obvious on the sign - very last line on a list of hourly rates. Deceptive and ridiculous.
