Overall, a wonderful experience. You are going to get "cadillac" service from start to finish...design, contract, permitting, build and conclusion. Bree and Elizabeth were fantastic during design phase...very knowledgeable and flexible especially given our custom design we wanted and our POA requirements. You will get MBC people doing the work and supervising the work which gives you piece of mind. They were very conscientious and responsive on keeping our yard as clean as possible as we have 2 dogs. Pool turned out great and was built pretty much on time. They are not the cheapest company however when making an investment like this they are the ones you want to go with. It is important to understand what is included in the contract and what is not to avoid surprises. We did do our

All of MBC's employees were professional, courteous, and friendly. More importantly, they completed their work on time, within budget, and without any problems. I can not say enough good things about MBC pools and our experience. We had a hard time figuring out where to place our pool to make it not look like an odd afterthought with our current home and with their expert guidance and keen design eye they NAILED it! Not only does it look amazing, I think it was a little over 3 months from start to finish (which blew my mind! We have explored pools with other companies in the past and that time line smashed the timelines of other quotes). With so many companies to choose from in this area I know the decision can be hard, but you'd be crazy to not choose MBC pools!
