Would not recommend there services to anyone I’ve used them for years with my company and never had any issues then out of no where they charge a $600 inconvenience fee on top of my already due bill which I’ve always paid no questions ask but if my business is such an inconvenience to them I will no longer be using them would have giving the company 0 out of 5 starts but It only went as low as one star absolutely horrible customer service while trying to get the issue resolved which never did I would definitely recommend checking out another septic company before using this company.

Great Company! They have pumped my tank and family members tanks and they do a wonderful job. Very professional and clean. The equipment was very nice and maintained. The guy that came out was able to answer all of my questions and give advice on how to maintain my septic tank better. Overall a great experience with this company and would recommend to anyone needing their septic tank pumped! Thank you MC Septic!

They was great then they stopped doing there job and was impossible to get a reply and always was told they will fix it and never did plus charged us a extra month when we didnt even have the service.

My husband called in January for our septic tank to be pumped and we were placed on the list to be serviced. They did advise we could call Roto Rooter if we needed. The cost would have been two to three times of theirs and we just couldn't afford that. He called every few weeks and they were waiting on a new person to start and we were next. Two weeks ago he was told the same thing. Over the weekend it became an emergency and he called and left a message and left another on Monday to not be called back. They never even returned the call and to me that is beyond poor customer service. My husband had tried hard to stick with MC Septic because his parents had used them for so long and they had always been such a good service. I hope the new person gets hired on and that continues to be the ca
