McAllister The Service Company

Had a technician come to my house a few weeks ago to fix the heat for my radiators because they weren’t working. When he showed up he backed up into the parking spot in front of my house but then backed up into my kids basketball hoop to where it got bent. This is a brand new basketball hoop that we just put up for him to play and now it’s ruined. I confronted the technician about it and all he did was laugh about it not even saying sorry or anything. My son was especially upset when he got home from school, he’s 10. Also he didn’t even fix my heater, he didn’t put a new piece on just cleaned it. Heat worked for 1 week then went out again. As he was working on the heater he was shaking so bad while messing with the wires, I don’t think this technician should be working if he’s shaking like

We have a Nest thermostat at our vacation home in Somers Point, NJ. We live in PA. During the snowstorm on Sunday the thermostat dropped to 55 degrees. When I called McAllister on Monday it was reading 48. We were fortunate they sent Alexander Rivera to fix our heater. We were unable to travel due to the weather. Alex was able to gain entry into our home. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and unfortunately had to wait until Tuesday for the repair. Alex went above and beyond what any technician has ever done for us. He checked the crawlspace to make sure the pipes weren't frozen. He gave me his cell # to text or call him with any questions or concerns. Who does that?!? And yes I did call him a couple of times and he always answered. He fixed the heater on Tuesday. Starting with all of the good things first. - It was very easy to reach someone over the phone when I called. - The staff is some of the friendliest I have interacted with. The tech, the customer service reps, and the sales guy. All very very kind. - Timeliness to get out to our unit was great and fast. Challenges - The explanation from the tech was very confusing and not clear to myself or my tenant. - The tech said the unit needed to be replaced and in efforts to encourage me to go with their company started telling me what other companies were never going to do for me and that their company was the only one who was going to do all of the right things. **ALWAYS A RED FLAG** (If you have good service and you stand by that there is 0 need to tell me what other companies are supposedly n

Very happy with McAllister. They do a good job and provide service when you need them, even during the worst weather when *everyone* needs them at the same time on the weekend. Supervisor Alexander is professional, skilled and explains the issues. I've been a customer for over 5 decades because McAllister is there for me.

I had absolutely NO HEAT for 3 days...you sent out Jesus. He is an absolutely wonderful young man.. He is Kind and capable and responsible. You couldn't ask for a better employee. In a very short period of time he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Scandal or Thank you Jesus, Natalie and McAllister 's for a job WELL DONE !
