New Wave

The team over at New Wave are top notch, we had them do a full system replacement / upgrade and it could not have gone smoother. From adding new supply lines to our bedrooms to fixing the old beat up platform our AC condenser was sitting on, the team completed their work in a timely manner and left our house just as clean as it was when they arrived. The new heater is working great and so much better than our older one and we couldn't have timed it better to stress test the new system in these single digit temperatures. Overall, I could not recommend New Wave enough. With their super friendly customer service and response time to phone calls and questions the whole team was 10/10 start to finish.

Had a really great experience with these guys. The proposal process was straight-forward and frictionless. They walked me through the financing process, and the actual installation went very smoothly. Strongly recommend.

They replaced my entire HVAC system with Trane equipment. Great installation - on time with the neat & professional installers. They also sealed a large duct air leak that other companies could never seem to fix. Haven't not used either system as yet other that the tech running the startup testing

Absolute best heating and cooling company I’ve dealt with - the entire team is so professional and nice to work with. Chris is amazing and explains everything and works with you, it’s easy for someone whose an expert to not make it understandable but he doesn’t do that - it’s so important to work with someone you trust. And the same goes for the entire team - we have a maintenance contract and the entire team is so professional and does great work. Tim is excellent as well - he installed our new AC along with Chris. And Angelina is amazing to work with too - great communication and follow-up. Thankful to have such a great team at the shore!
