Joe is awesome. He is very thorough and practical and really explained everything clearly and realistically. His report identified several significant issues that guided us in working out a deal with the sellers that was a win-win for both parties. He also identified numerous less-significant issues to be aware of so we can go into this purchase with eyes wide open. After his inspection we felt very comfortable moving forward with the house, knowing what needs to be done. He gave recommendations for people in the area who can do some of the work we need to her done. I will recommend Joe and Rock Solid without hesitation.

He went through the entire property with a fine-tooth comb and once finished, took the time to AGAIN circle back and inspect the entire property for a second time from top to bottom.
