They guys did a great job. I'm pleased with the workmanship and professionalism while they were here and their expert advice and getting the problem fixed. Reasonably priced and quick turnaround.

Would highly recommend! Prompt (came day after I called), efficient (fixed the problem in an hour, obviously this may not be the case for all), affordable and honest. Quoted a price prior to the job and were honest to tell me the work wasn't worth that much and reduced the charge- it was great to be able to give my kids a real lesson of honest men doing honest work. Very knowledgeable and explained everything they did so we were informed and felt confident in the work they did. Will plan to use them for all our plumbing needs in the future

McCalister Bros did a great job! They showed up promptly for the appointment and solved the clogged drain issue. I would recommend them.

Excellent service! We had a sewer backup on a Saturday. I called and left a message. Steve came out and solved the problem in less than a half hour. While all the others advertise 24 hour service, McCalister Brothers was the only one who delivered. All of the others that I called could not come out until Monday. I highly recommend McCalister Brothers.

I have appreciated McCalister's service pumping out our septic and taking care of our sump pump since 2016. However, in May 2020 they installed a new septic tank without getting a permit. In the process of selling our house, an inspector failed the septic based upon the size of the tank. I have tried - and my realtor has tried - multiple times to contact McCalister's to work together to fix the issue, but they are not responding. I can no longer recommend McCalister Brothers, as they are not willing to correct their mistakes - not getting a permit, and not installing the correct size tank.
