When they say they close at 5:00 they mean 5:00. I pulled in at 5:01 and they would not help. 96° and HVAC is down for a simple capacitor and they couldn't even stay around for 2 minutes. It's not like they didn't see me pull in. They just continued locking the door like I wasn't there

Very pleasant Lady and atmosphere. I went to Bakers Distributor and they were not helpful in an emergency situation and charged me 100% more than McCall’s for a Start Capacitor. $45 vice $22 from McCall’s. Worth the extra two mile drive.

Dawn is a wonderful , very knowledgeable of the Industry, has help me more than once with my HVAC needs.

I was a walk in looking for a simple but good quality thermostat for my new propane heater that came with a china made mercury switch in it. The woman at the counter selected me the perfect thermostat off the bottom shelf. Bingo! My stove works perfectly and the millivolt setting matched my thermocouple output exactly. This is the second time McCall's has helped me out. Thanks for your knowledge and help. Nice to know you are there when I need you.
