I spoke with Ernie on Wednesday about a product they had in stock and was pleasantly surprised when I went to buy it on Thursday it was near the door waiting for me. First time doing business with McCall's, will be a repeat customer. Good experience

Staff did not know what the part was I was asking about. They wouldn't even look at a picture. Asked for a furnace gas control valve. Even had a picture with the old part number for look up. Then they referred me to a gas place that does propane tanks. My coustomer went without heat for no reason. ORANGEBURG SHOP

Very rude 😒 on the phone and hung up on me and staff several times. Sought other options. Recommend going straight to Columbia. Prices are cheaper and services are more pleasant and resourceful.
