McCord Electric Service LLC

Two employees of McCord Electric, Sims and Caleb, spent several hours finding and correcting numerous electrical issues at our home in Gulf Shores. Both young men were polite, respectful and cheerful and kept us informed during every step of the process. They were very persistent in finding one particular problem and then fixing it. They also found one potentially dangerous situation of live wires hidden behind a blank face plate which they rectified. They had to move a very heavy piece of furniture to access another area and were careful to put it back exactly in its proper place. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. I would be more than happy to use McCord Electric for all our future needs.

He was super responsive and professional, went out promptly while guests were at the property, and kept me updated on both the issue and the resolution. Everything was handled efficiently and with great communication, which is so important when managing a property remotely.
