Amazing system, I've been a client for several years and love working with the team at RC. Kristy, Danielle and Sharon are amazing to work with. Always on it and help with anything you need. The system has helped simplify my operation and the thing that I love best about RC and the team is that they are always looking for ways to enhance the experience and they listen to their clients. We couldn't do this without them! Glad to have them on my team! :D

Resort cleaning has been making my life easier for 7 years. I can email their customer support right now, and get a response in less the. 10 minutes. And that’s the beautiful part of this relationship. I don’t have to get on the phone. And I know I’m talking to someone here in the states just a hop and a skip away.

I about love Resort cleaning. I have been use their services since 2018 or 2019 I believe. They’re fabulous. The customer service is like nothing I have ever seen before. I will not be changing providers.

Regardless of the quality of this service, the management and owner of this company are spineless and lack any integrity. The owner, Jim Duncan, has called me twice providing updates to why their software/customer service canceled a cleaning which caused a guest to arrive to an uncleaned short term rental. What he has refused to do is take accountability for the issue and the subsequent loss of income and out of pocket expenses that we incurred to make it right for the traveler. The cleaning company even offered a free cleaning so we didn't have to bear the whole cost on our own. How is it that a small cleaning company has the ability to do the right thing, but a company that bills itself as "the #1 housekeeping software for vacation rentals" is too cheap to do so? You may not have issues

Hands down the best customer service from Jim and his team. They are always looking for ways to improve their product and service for clients. Don't know how we functioned for so long without RC. If you haven't checked it out, you're missing out!!
