Eric and the team at Nelson Pools have been fantastic with our recent new pool install! My husband and I recently renovated a property in Gulf Shores to be a short term rental. We knew we wanted to add a pool, and Nelson Pools came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. The process was straightforward and done in a timely manner! What a great experience! Nelson pool is a family business that treated us like family! From design to installation they were out the entire time making sure everything was going to plan. Always responsive and even stopped by the morning of the 4th of July to make sure the pool was ready for our first weekend with it. Did a lot of little extras along the way as well. If there were 6 stars they would have gotten it! Just awesome!

We recently bought a home that had a pool built by Nelson’s Pools. We contacted them to help walk us through the system, as we have never owned a pool, so they signed us up for “Pool School” (we loved the name). They sent out a wonderful gentleman, Tremaine, who took his time showing us the system that he himself actually helped to build just 3 years ago. The system was working perfect, the suction was very strong, and he showed us how to work the whole system and how to maintain and keep up with the lifetime warranty. Tremaine was absolutely incredible, very respectful and very kind, customer service was honestly top notch. Answered all our questions and reassured us the ease of maintaining a Nelson Pool.
