Charged me almost $400 to change a water filter. Didn't do the water test as was promised. Called to follow up, the woman on the phone said something like "they forgot to do the test." Was supposed to follow up and call me back. I'm still waiting till this day. This was months ago! Don't trust them! They never tried to make it right! Just ignored me!
