McGee Heating & Air Inc.

Today, It was a pleasure to have Austin from McGee Heating & Air (Anderson) out to my house today to perform a spring maintenance on my outside hvac unit. Austin arrived between the scheduled time slot. He was friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. He performed the maintenance and left the area clean and tidy. I'm impressed with Austin so much so, I've requested him for the fall maintenance. I've met a few of the McGee techs over the last few yrs and Ive always been impressed with the techs they choose to hire. Great job McGee and thank you Austin for taking care of my maintenance.

We had an HVAC technician at our home today, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was young but impressively knowledgeable, and he carried himself with a level of professionalism well beyond his years. Polite, respectful, and genuinely industrious, he took his time checking every part of our heating system to make sure everything was working safely and efficiently. His thoroughness and work ethic were truly refreshing. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated to doing the job right, and we were extremely impressed with both his skill and his attitude. A real asset to his company. Highly recommend!

I called yesterday and they were able to come out this morning. Rod C was very knowledgeable and explained what's causing the issues we are experiencing. What would probably be done, and the next steps of the process. I am beyond thrilled they were able to get us in fast, and that Rod was knowledgeable and professional. We look forward to moving forward with the next steps of fixing our HVAC issues.

My Heat pump was acting up. So I called for service. They said I could have a tech there between 1 and 3 pm. I said that woukd not work because I had a Dr appointment. She said let me check. The had a tech that coukd be there at 10 Am. Daniel was dispatched and did a great job on my unit. He was very knowledgeable about my system and performed the service in no time. I also purchased a maintenance contract for the pm services. Thank you for the quick response and services.

They showed up on time. Austin C was personable, intelligent, and professional. He also taught me a little bit more about the heat bars. I will contact you again next year for this service.
