MCI Carpet One Floor & Home

Advice - Do not pay in full until after the carpet installation! We received a great deal on our carpet, but the installation was lousy. The installers made a last minute change on the direction of the carpet the day of installation. Then they proceeded to slice and dice our baseboard trim and our custom cabinets. When we reached out to MCI they offered no corrective action except to say they would inform the installers. This place is a racket, they'll take your money and run with no meaningful follow-up on their work.

BEWARE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. At first when I made the call to have someone come out and measure I was happy so far so smooth easy enough right? Anthony came out and told me eveything I need to do prior to the install. Easy enough right? Date of install I get a call from the install guy that says he's not doing the install because the floor isn't ready for carpet. Apparently the floor needed underlayment. (mci did agree to do the work and not charge me since it was on them for not telling me it needed to be done) because of this hiccup the install got pushed to multiple days causing me to have to pay a moving company for no reason. (again mci agreed to cover half of the cost for the moving company. Not the whole thing) fast forward to install day. Gouges in sheetroc

Had a great experience picking out carpet and flooring. Very large selection. Allie was especially helpful in walking through options and going through different pricing scenarios with us!

It's ok... Nothing special. Mainly a flooring place so don't bother if you're looking for fixtures of any kind. EDIT: Added a 4th star as the lady that showed us around was VERY nice and helpful and we got a call returned to just check in with us. I only gave 3 stars originally as the selection for anything other than flooring was very minimal.

Jessica was very friendly. She allowed us the time to look at various tile samples along with providing cost estimates. I returned later in the afternoon and purchased the tiles and great.
