I normally don't write reviews, but was extremely disappointed from the service (or lack thereof) we received, especially considering this is a family owned business. My husband called at least a half dozen times trying to just get a quote. We were told on at least three occasions that someone would call us. We were also given potential dates when someone might be available after they finished the job they were working. No one ever called. They never scheduled a specific date or time to come give us a quote despite us repeatedly calling and inquiring. If you're too busy, fine. Just say that. Didn't keep dragging people along.

Ordered carpet and laminate flooring. Asked for an estimate on cost. Four times we were given a time when they would come out to measure. Every time was a no-show. The house plans were given by us and our contractor. Carpet installation date was given but another no-show. Finally, when the installer shows up, he feels something is wrong. The owner ordered the wrong size of carpet. We cancelled the entire order. Perfect example of poor time management and customer service.

We recently bought a home and completely renovated it. We were very happy with not only our beautiful floors but also our bathroom and new kitchen cabinets. Great personable customer service!!

What a great company, put down on the flooring on 3 floors. Top notch workmanship, and everyone in the office and workers are extremely nice and professional. Can't recommend them enough. More like 10 stars.

Went to store on the 16th and picked out carpet. My Wife went on the 20th and confirmed choice. Went back and spoke with owner on the 22nd. Set up to measure on the 23rd and no one showed. No call or text. 78 yards of carpet,no small order.
