MCJ Contracting redid my concrete porch. They also provided the hand rails. I absolutely loved my experience with the company. Very prompt and professional. All my questions were answered and if there was any aspect where I needed additional clarification or guidance, it was delivered. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

I contacted MCJ Contracting for services on my chimney. This particular issue affected my home interior due to the storms over the past months. So in essence, this was sort of an emergency. Within 3 business days, they were out assessing the situation. And, the same day I received a quote. The quote was extremely reasonable in comparison and therefore I hired them to do the job. I was immediately impressed with the timeliness of the visit and quote. Within a week, the work was completed and the Village inspector was kind enough to state "great job" of which I concur. I had a 4000 deposit on a contract for a porch repair since May and they never contacted me to even start. Why should I track you down? After waiting at least 3 months I asked for my money back respectfully. MARK JONES agreed to give me my full refund and he has lied at least three times and it's almost October and I have not seen a dollar. And he has not reached out. MCJ contracting responded to my free estimate within 24hrs. I received a quote within 48hrs and was able to begin remodeling my bathroom the following week. Mr. Jones was very understanding and clear on my budget and played an intricate role in material selection. The guys started on a Thursday and my bathroom was complete by Wednesday! I am very pleased with the responsiveness, efficiency, and quality of workmanship to bring my bathroom to life. I look forward to complete future projects with the assistance of MCJ Contracting Inc.

Please run from Mark Jones. This is painful for me to write but I hope no one makes the same mistake I made. He came highly recommended so I let my guard down. He took full payment to rehab 3 units in Humboldt Park and after 80 days, the first unit is not complete and neither are the other 2. Shoddy work, empty promises and he won't pay his suppliers either. After 8 months, he comes here to bold face lie that he did not get payment and his material stored without permission went missing. He collected over $20,000 collected with no unit completed. I will see you in court with the others you have duped. I will have the granite guy with me who let me know you kept telling him I did not pay you even when you had collected all the money. Just shameful.
