McKown Pressure Wash, Painting & Contracting

We recently hired McKown Pressure Wash Painting and Contracting to handle a significant maintenance project for our neighborhood parks, and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned the sidewalks and benches across all three of our common parks (approx. 2,100 sq. ft. of concrete and 24 benches). The crew was efficient and thorough—they completely removed the old mold and mildew, making our shared spaces look welcoming and safe again. Had deck pressure washed and sealed in October 2024. Within 3 months, deck was discolored and water doesn’t repel. After the work was initially done, I called to confirm they had indeed pressure washed because they was still a lot of discoloration on the deck. I was assured the work had been done. Extremely disappointed in the quality of work; what a waste of $1600.00!

McKown Pressure Wash/Painting exceeded our expectations!! We had them paint our entire 2600sqft dance studio, and they did an amazing job.
