MCN Distributors

I was put in a hard spot after being provided an incorrect part number from a different distributor and was doing my best to take care of our customer. I reached out to MCN and they - especially Ryan - went above and beyond in every regard. They physically compared three boards for me to ensure we were getting the correct part and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance or asking too much. I ended up calling a few different times and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend MCN to anyone.

I’m sure they are good at their jobs…. But the dude driving the box truck this morning and texting while he’s driving and swerving all over, puts us all at risk

From Josh to Ryan and to every employee I have ever dealt with here they are super friendly, competent, professional and knowledgeable. I could go on and on but will end by saying they make my job much easier.

The counter guys are awesome. My company calls ahead and when I get to MCN, they already have the parts ordered at the counter.

these guys are unhelpful and don't deal with new customers. I had to get a few motors and ecms and the service guys including the manager don't want to take purchase orders on the phone. took my business elsewhere online for 20% cheaper. they not only lost that order of a few Gs worth, but all my future business.
