MCO Parking Garage C

The parking spaces are large enough for just about every vehicle imaginable. Since it is located next to Terminal C, it has very easy access to Terminal C itself, so you shouldn't miss your flight.

DO NOT TAKE THE TICKET when you access the parking lot. The employee won’t tell you so they can charge you more. If your SunPass or EPASS malfunctions do not take the ticket, wait for an employee to personally assist you. Despite having used this convenient payment option numerous times without issue, my SunPass was unexpectedly rejected upon entry and exit, leading to significant confusion and an exorbitant charge of $283 for parking. Upon arrival I was directed by an employee to seek assistance instead of receiving help with the SunPass lane, which only added to the chaos. After pressing the help button as instructed, I was still told to take a ticket, despite my repeated explanations that we were trying to use our SunPass. If you reserve a spot in Concourse C and have to leave early you cannot get back in within your reserved timeframe. I entered the parking structure with the intent of staying the night to fly out early the next morning after staying at the Hyatt. When the wonderful People at the Hyatt didn’t have my reservation, I had to go offsite to find a hotel. I was told I could not re enter lot C with my previous reservation. These people have no idea of the complexities of travel today. And they bury their no refund policies in their website.

Why is this terminal parking always full?! Are employees not updating the signage / site, or openly allowing people to sleep in the parking lot? No matter what time of day, what time of year, I can never find parking here, which makes traveling so much more stressful for myself and friends and family. We have to use the economy lot and take a shuttle to be able to use Terminal C because either their parking is being used up by all the employees, or theres absolutely no order and organization in this parking lot. A shame, since the Terminal itself is nice. Give yourself an extra hour, hour and a half if you are accompanying anyone to the terminal and you actually care to make sure they make it through the check in process.

After a vacation att both disney world and universal....i believe this is the best place on earth.....a normally stressfull part of travelling was made a deligt by the personel att both the checkin and safety. My kids and I wanted to go Again and it was a checkpoint !
