The MCP Softwash team arrived on time and explained the details of what to expect. They worked quickly and efficiently. Most important, they protected all our shrubs and trees, plus kept water on the grass so that no damage was done even though they used bleach to get rid of the mold. They a great job cleaning the roof of mold. We also had them softwash the house and that turned out to be a good choice. House was washed and no stains on the windows. Best part is that they use eco-friendly chemicals, so no bleach smell when washing the house. The two workers were quite friendly as well, and that's always a plus. I highly recommend MCP Softwash.

They did a wonderful job. They weren’t the least expensive but they weren’t the most expensive. I needed it done by a certain date and they were available. We’ve been having our house power washed for years. So I know how to compare. The guy walked around with us, to make sure to cover every area to clean. I watered all shrubs first as usual. They used a soap product first, then followed to rinse everything thoroughly. Normally, my windows didn’t look great, with past companies. This time my windows are shining and crystal clear. I’m thrilled! The price is well worth a job well done. You’re my go to for next year.
